Our Story
Pallet Crew was founded on a simple observation: every day, thousands of businesses across our community are sitting on a problem they didn't ask for. Pallets pile up in loading docks, back lots, and warehouse corners — broken, cracked, or simply no longer useful — taking up valuable space, creating safety hazards, and costing time and money to deal with. Most business owners don't have the time, equipment, or manpower to handle it themselves, and traditional disposal options are often expensive, slow, or just another item on an already-full to-do list.
We started Pallet Crew to solve that problem — for free.
We saw an opportunity to build something that actually works for the businesses we serve: a fast, reliable, no-cost pallet pickup service that clears the clutter, reclaims valuable space, and takes one more burden off a business owner's plate. No invoices. No contracts. No hassle. Just a team that shows up, does the work, and lets you get back to running your business.
What We Do
We pick up broken, damaged, and lightly-used pallets directly from businesses — completely free of charge. Whether you need a single one-time pickup or ongoing, recurring service, our team builds a solution around your schedule, not the other way around. Daily, weekly, or monthly — we show up when you need us, take the pallets off your hands, and handle everything from there.
Why It Matters: Recycling and Sustainability
Every pallet we collect is a pallet that doesn't end up in a landfill. Wood pallets are one of the most common — and most overlooked — sources of landfill waste in the country. Millions of pallets are discarded every year, many of them still structurally sound enough to be repaired, repurposed, or broken down and remanufactured into new material. When pallets are simply thrown away instead of recycled, that wood, along with the energy and resources that went into producing it, is lost for good — and it takes up space in landfills for years as it slowly breaks down.
At Pallet Crew, every pallet we collect gets a second life. Pallets in good condition are repaired and put back into circulation, extending their use and reducing the demand for newly manufactured pallets, which in turn reduces the number of trees harvested to make them. Pallets that are too damaged to reuse are broken down and recycled into mulch, animal bedding, particle board, biomass fuel, and other reclaimed wood products — ensuring that even a broken pallet still serves a purpose instead of becoming waste.
This matters more than most people realize. The pallet and wood-packaging industry is one of the largest consumers of hardwood lumber in the country, and responsible recycling directly reduces the strain on our forests. By diverting pallets from landfills, we're cutting down on unnecessary waste, reducing the environmental footprint of the shipping and logistics industry, and supporting a more sustainable, circular approach to how materials are used and reused. Every pallet we recycle is one less pallet rotting in a landfill, and one less tree that needs to be cut down to replace it.
Good for Your Business, Good for the Planet
We built Pallet Crew around a simple idea: doing the right thing for the environment shouldn't cost you anything, and it shouldn't be complicated. When you work with us, you're not just clearing space and improving safety on your property — you're actively participating in a more sustainable supply chain. You get a cleaner, safer facility. We get to keep usable material out of landfills and put it back to work. And the planet benefits from fewer trees cut down, less landfill waste, and a smarter use of resources that already exist.
Our Commitment
We're not just here for a one-time pickup — we're building long-term relationships with the businesses we serve. As we grow, our commitment stays the same: fast, reliable, honest service, at no cost to you, with sustainability at the core of everything we do. Every truckload we haul away is a small step toward a cleaner, more responsible way of doing business — for you, for us, and for the community we all share.
Pallet Crew. Clearing space. Reducing waste. Doing right by the planet — one pallet at a time.
